"No brainer" I had several mitigation outfits from the area come and give estimates. A couple showed up late or not at all, one was a fly by night operation, and the others seemed like they couldn't get to there next job fast enough. Jack took the time to answer all my questions and go over different options. He was truly appreciative of my business, and the job turned out "great"!
