Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Jeremy installed my Radon mitigation system. He is very respectful, polite and competent. He came at the appointed time, and was scheduled for the entire business day, but things went so smoothly that he was finished by early afternoon. He brought shoe protectors that snap on, so my hardwood floors were protected, and was very courteous about making sure that his work area was totally cleaned up before he left. At one point, I needed to leave for an errand, to which he responded; "Don't worry, your home is safe with me." That statement right there…

THE BEST! I called them a couple of weeks ago and they were so quick to respond and talk me through the process and reassure me all would be fine. Jeremy installed our system this week and did an amazing job. He walked me through everything, explained how it would be to code for re-sell, and showed me how everything worked. Jeremy was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, explained everything completely and was always personable, friendly and prompt. Clay, the installer, did a great job! Installation of system was very professional. He cleaned up everything and was very nice as well. The system works great, our Radon readings went from 4.1 to 0.8 so I would highly recommend Des Moines Radon!

DSM Radon company is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. It's not an easy task what they did to resolve our radon.
