Jeremy installed my Radon mitigation system. He is very respectful, polite and competent. He came at the appointed time, and was scheduled for the entire business day, but things went so smoothly that he was finished by early afternoon. He brought shoe protectors that snap on, so my hardwood floors were protected, and was very courteous about making sure that his work area was totally cleaned up before he left. At one point, I needed to leave for an errand, to which he responded; “Don’t worry, your home is safe with me.” That statement right there told me what kind of business the Cooper brothers have built. He also explained everything about how the system works. Thank you Jeremy for everything.

THE BEST! I called them a couple of weeks ago and they were so quick to respond and talk me through the process and reassure me all would be fine. Jeremy installed our system this week and did an amazing job. He walked me through everything, explained how it would be to code for re-sell, and showed me how everything worked. He was considerate about time with naps for my kids and had these awesome rubber house shoes he slipped on every time he came in which I really appreciated (I’m a big no shoes in the house mama). Our levels were at 9.3 before and now they are at 0.5 and he told me 0.4 is what the outside air is so our air is safe! Call them today if you need radon mitigation!

Let me start off by saying I never write reviews so for me to jump on here to write one is really saying something. I spoke with Jack (owner) once or twice. First time was to schedule my appt and the next time i had a question. Both times my calls were answered quickly and he made an appt that was quick and met my schedule. Jack was very professional and understood the urgency with getting my appt scheduled asap. Jeremy arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was professional, knowledgeable, and was caring. He walked my husband through the process and provided an estimate. My husband was quite impressed with Jeremy, which is saying something because my husband doesn’t give compliments easily. Clay executed the plans to install the radon midigation system. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Clay cleaned up after installing, which made me very happy. Oh and I received a text message with their picture when they were enroute to my home. Loved that! I cannot say enough great things about these guys and this company. I will be recommending these guys to all my friends, family, and co-workers. If you are considering getting your home or business tested for radon and mitigated if needed, go with these guys and you wont be disappointed. Des Moines Radon was amazing to work with! Their professionalism and customer service was better than any business I have hired to do work at our home. They took the time to explain Radon, the testing process and walked through the installation to make sure we were satisfied with the plan. On the day they did the work, we walked through it again and they completed the work to perfection. The follow up test showed a drop in Radon levels completing the process.

Jack and Jeremy were the utmost professionals when it came to the work they did on our home to mitigate high radon levels. what I appreciated most is their care for our property and ensuring the fan was located in a concealed way that considered the aesthetics of the job. Ultimately they placed the fan in our attic and ran a power source to the attic so our ranch home wouldn’t have a large fan in plain view on the exterior. Our radon levels went from an average of 10 pre mitigation to .5 post mitigation. I would highly recommend them for your radon testing and mitigation needs. they even vacuumed our basement carpet before they left. Amazing

Hard to find a business like this these days. He even offered to run it to the opposite side of my house for the same price even though it would’ve been way more work for them. When I found out that we had to have a Radon test done prior to closing on our house and this was the only thing holding the buyers back from final close, Des Moines Radon came out the same day to start the test. When the test was done we found that the levels were high enough to require a mitigation system, they put that in the same day that the results were done.
